Settlement Approved in Unpaid Mechanical and Video Royalties Class Action

 
On May 30, 2011, the settlement agreements reached with Sony, EMI, Universal, Warner, CMRRA and SODRAC in respect of unpaid mechanical and video royalties were approved by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
